Shipping
We ship from Breda with UPS. Orders placed before 20:00 on a working day are sent the same day; anything after goes out the next.
Netherlands — 1-2 working days
Belgium and Germany — 2-3 working days
Rest of EU — 2-5 working days
Shipping is free on orders over €150
Every order ships tracked. You'll get the tracking number by email the moment it leaves us.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return something, and a further 14 days to send it back. This is your right under EU distance selling rules, and it applies whether or not anything is wrong with the item.
To start a return, email AtelierFitss@gmail.com with your order number.
Items need to come back unworn, in the condition they arrived, with any tags and packaging still attached. Shoes should be tried on indoors — soles that have been outside can't be returned.
Return postage is paid by US.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
If something's wrong
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, email us with photos and we'll sort it — return postage on us, no argument.
